Mild steel sheets were cut using advanced laser cutting technology to achieve precise shapes and openings. Each panel was folded with a CNC press brake to form structure and clean edges. The setup ensured accurate alignment once assembled.
Welding and Finishing
The folded parts were welded together and smoothen for strength and consistency. After inspection, the surface was cleaned and powder coated for a smooth finish that matched the cafe interior.
